River's Bend Retirement Community complies with applicable state anti-discrimination laws and Federal civil rights laws and does not discriminate based upon payment source, familial status, race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age or disability.

No resident will be excluded from participation in, be denied benefits of, or otherwise be subjected to discrimination in the provision of any care or services whether by the Center directly or through a contractor or any other entity with which the Center arranges to carry out its programs, services and activities. This applies not only to care and services, but also to room assignments, staff assignments, granting of privileges to medical staff, room transfers, and to use of the Center’s physical space.

In addition, River's Bend Retirement Community:

• Provides people with disabilities reasonable modifications and free appropriate auxiliary aids and services to communicate effectively with us, such as:
  
  • Qualified sign language interpreters.
  • Written information in other formats (large print, audio, accessible electronic formats, other formats).
• Provides free language services to people whose primary language is not English, such as:
  
  • Qualified interpreters.
  • Information written in other languages.
